1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google's OAuth service.
• Fitness and workout data. Exercises, sets, reps, weights, and other training records you enter manually inside the App.
• Usage data. Which screens you open and a fixed set of in-app actions — such as starting or finishing a timer, adding a set, applying a routine, opening the purchase screen, completing a purchase, an export, or a backup — together with coarse attributes of those actions (for example the timer mode, or whether an exercise is cardio or strength). We do not record the content of your training: exercise names, weights, reps, measurement values, or any free text you enter are never sent as analytics.
• Device information. Operating system version, device model, and anonymized identifiers used for crash reporting and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To store and display your workout history and progress.
• To improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to provide the App and its features.
• Legitimate interests — to improve the App and prevent fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent — where you have given explicit consent (e.g., optional analytics).

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In (Google LLC). Used for authentication. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC). Used for crash reporting and stability diagnostics. Receives the device model, operating system version, and an anonymized installation identifier.
• Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC). Used for product usage analytics. Receives the screen views and interaction events described in section 1, together with an anonymized installation identifier generated by Firebase. It does not receive your name, email address, or any of your workout content.

We require all third parties to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy law. We do not allow them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
